Balabolka (Jay) - is designed to be read aloud text files. To play the sounds of human voices can be used by any speech synthesizers that are installed on your computer. Speech reproduction can be controlled with standard buttons, such as those that are present in any multimedia program ("play / pause / stop". The program can read aloud the contents of the clipboard, display the text contained in DOC, RTF, PDF, ODT, FB2 and HTML files, change the font settings and colors, manage the process of reading from the system tray (notification area) or using global keyboard shortcuts to pronounce typed on the keyboard text, spell check, divide the text file into several smaller files, look for homographs. "Balabolka" provides an opportunity to remove from the text of all the hyphens at the ends of rows, this will avoid stammering when reading words. Text can be saved in the form audio (supports WAV, MP3, OGG and WMA). The program can work with different versions of the package speech-enabled Microsoft Speech API (SAPI). It allows you to change speed and pitch of speech.
